AD200 Jumbo Simba
360° radial, horizontal and parallel drilling from one compact tracked machine.
One machine for Jumbo-style and Simba-style drilling
The AD200 combines radial production drilling with low-level horizontal drilling in one compact tracked platform. Its 360° tower movement and close-to-floor positioning give underground operators more drilling flexibility with less machine repositioning.

Built for complex underground drilling patterns
360° Radial Drilling
Drill multiple angles from one machine position for Simba-style production patterns.
Horizontal Drilling
Suitable for tunnel development, face drilling and horizontal underground holes.
Low-Level Parallel Drilling
The tower can operate close to floor level for parallel horizontal drilling.
Vertical Long-Hole Drilling
Configured for production and development drilling applications.
More Drilling with Less Repositioning
Multiple drilling directions from one setup help reduce unnecessary machine repositioning.
Compact Tracked Mobility
Self-propelled movement for underground mines, tunnels and restricted working areas.
Designed to increase underground drilling flexibility
Radial, horizontal, low-level and long-hole drilling from one tracked platform.
More drilling directions from one setup can reduce unnecessary machine movement.
DTH, Top Hammer and optional RC configurations can be selected by application.
Designed for tunnels, underground mines and restricted working areas.
Choose your configuration as per your application
DTH Drilling
- Production and long-hole drilling
- Horizontal drilling up to 40 m
- Depth above 70 m; upgrade stated up to 120 m
Top-Hammer Drilling
- Horizontal drilling up to 30 m
- Suitable for underground development work
- Air requirement depends on selected drifter
Reverse Circulation
- Optional RC upgrade
- For exploration and sample recovery
- Maximum indicated depth up to 60 m
Configure key machine elements around your drilling requirement
The final AD200 configuration can vary according to the drilling method, tower length, air requirement and optional equipment. Share your application details with our technical team before finalizing the machine.
Choose DTH, Top Hammer or optional Reverse Circulation according to hole diameter, depth, rock conditions and application.
Tower length can be selected within the approximate 3.5–5.7 m range depending on the drilling requirement and final machine configuration.
Air volume and operating pressure are matched to the selected drilling configuration, hole depth and application.
Optional equipment and machine configuration can be adapted to production drilling, development drilling and exploration requirements.
Detachable Operating Table for Greater Underground Flexibility
The detachable operating table allows the AD200 Jumbo Simba to be operated from a distance, giving the operator greater flexibility in complex and restricted underground mining conditions.
180° Drifter Rotation for Greater Flexibility
The turntable allows the drifter to rotate through 180°, providing greater positioning flexibility for different drilling angles and confined underground working conditions.
Parallel Drilling Close to Floor Level
The AD200 can position the tower horizontally close to the floor, enabling low-level parallel drilling for tunnel development and other underground applications where working height is restricted.
Compact tracked mobility for confined working areas
The self-propelled tracked platform is designed for movement and positioning in underground mines, tunnels and restricted drilling environments.
