AD200 Jumbo Simba Crawler Drill for Underground Mining

360° radial, horizontal and parallel drilling from one compact tracked machine

The AD200 Jumbo Simba Crawler Drill is a compact, self-propelled pneumatic drilling rig designed for underground mining, tunnelling and confined drilling operations. Its tower can rotate radially through 360° and can be positioned horizontally close to the ground, allowing vertical, horizontal, parallel and radial drilling from multiple angles. The machine can be configured for DTH drilling, top-hammer drilling and reverse-circulation drilling, making it a versatile solution for production drilling, exploration and underground development work.

A Versatile Jumbo and Simba Drilling Solution

Explain that the AD200 combines the drilling angles associated with a Simba-style production drill and horizontal Jumbo-style drilling in a compact tracked machine.

Do not state that it is equivalent to any specific competitor model unless you have technical evidence supporting that comparison.

Key capabilities

360° Radial Drilling

The tower can rotate radially to drill at multiple angles from one machine position.

Horizontal Drilling Near Ground Level

The tower can be lowered horizontally for parallel holes starting approximately 150 mm above floor level.

DTH, Top Hammer and RC Options

The machine can support different drilling configurations according to rock conditions and project requirements.

Compact Tracked Platform

Its tracked undercarriage supports mobility in tunnels, underground mines and restricted working areas.

Deep and Long-Hole Drilling

DTH drilling depth can exceed 70 m, with upgrade possibilities stated up to 120 m.

Designed for Confined Operations

The machine is intended to operate in tunnels from approximately 4.5 × 3 m, subject to site conditions and configuration.

Operating movements

This is one of the most important sections because the machine’s movement is its differentiator.
